DOCO UK expands team with new managing director and commercial manager _31-07-2018

Dear customer,

I am writing to introduce myself to SOMMER and DOCO customers whom I do not know and have yet to meet or speak with. My name is David Newcombe and I am working, along with my partner Nicola Joyce, with the SOMMER Group in the UK to help grow their business across all product ranges. I am also saying ‘hello’ again to the majority of customers in the garage and industrial door industry, many of whom I have known for over 23 years. I look forward to discussing with you the huge sales opportunities offered by SOMMER Group products.

To help maximise on these opportunities I am delighted to announce that Amy Fisher will be joining SOMMER UK as Commercial Manager on August 1st 2018. Amy will need no introduction to many customers, having worked with me at a leading manufacturer for over 7 years. Amy brings to SOMMER a wealth of commercial and sales experience across both domestic and industrial sectors and will work very closely with both existing and new customers.

We join the existing management team headed by Mark Butcher and together we will focus on repositioning SOMMER as the foremost specialist supplier of garage and industrial door operators and DOCO as the leading supplier of sectional door components, including the excellent new HOME System for residential sectional doors.
