Step into our production facility to witness innovation in action. Our streamlined process prioritizes output without compromising quality. We produce and assemble your made-to-order industrial hardware sets in our state-of-the-art facility. Every time you order a customized industrial sectional door through our online configurator, it is handcrafted in this facility.

State-of-the-art facility
Our own industrial track set workbench and wrapping machine enable us to produce each industrial door system according to our standards. Most importantly, the flexibility of our production facility combined with our industrial door system allows us to cater to your specific wishes.
The contents of an industrial door system set
What is inside one of these industrial hardware sets? It comprises three modules:
- A complete industrial sectional door system
- (Pre-assembled) power-unit
- Panel hardware
All of this is wrapped in a stackable package for on-site use, just like our Flatbed but for industrial purposes. The finished door systems can be stacked, optimizing truck space and warehouse efficiency. During configuration, you can choose to include or exclude certain parts from the set to suit your needs.
All the items needed for the power-unit, including springs, spring break devices, brackets, and cables, are added to your configuration. You can also opt for a pre-assembled power unit, saving you even more time. Panel hardware is included based on your configuration choices. Once everything is checked by our colleagues, the complete set is packed and sealed, ready for shipping.
The industrial systems
Our industrial door systems range from Standard Lift, High Lift, and Vertical Lift door systems to their pitch variants. While the production process remains mostly identical for each type, specific components are tailored to each variant. Dock Door, Low Level, and Low Headroom variants of each door type can all be manufactured in our facility.

- All systems are CE certified
- Crafted from 1.8mm thick steel in our production facility using roll forming technology
- Bolted (instead of riveted) tracks allow for on-site adjustments
- A versatile hole pattern in all our vertical angles enables endless customization options
- Safety tracks prevent rollers from slipping out during operation, also produced in our facility
Our door systems boast top-of-the-line features designed for maximum performance and durability. Our universal motor support bracket ensures easy installation and compatibility with a wide range of door operators, while our weatherstrips with double sealing system provides excellent weather resistance and insulation. Additionally, our cable positioning bearing brackets guarantee smooth and reliable operation.
