New: pre-tensioned springs 30-06-2021

We now offer pre-tensioned extension springs, resulting in an easier way to mount a complete HOME-X system.

With other extension spring doors in the market, the complete door leaf weight must be lifted. Our pre-tensioned extension springs make lifting the door leaf a lot lighter, so our HOME-X system can be mounted by only one person. This complies with health and safety regulations and is even possible with our recently introduced HOME-X systems up to 3000 mm high.

The extension springs are pre-tensioned for 85-90% in the factory with specially designed equipment.

We are starting with bulk sales and later this year the pre-tensioned springs will also be available in flatbeds.

How to install a pre-tensioned door

Our HOME-X system with pre-tensioned springs can be installed by only one person within just 10 minutes. The weight of the door is not an issue anymore because the springs carry 85-90% of the load.

Assemble your own pre-tensioned springs

With our specially designed extension spring work bench you can assemble pre-tensioned springs in your own workshop. It is possible to safely tension two vertical rail sets simultaneously.
