New: Industrial side bearing plates and mounting brackets 09-04-2026
We introduce new end bearing plates and mounting brackets for our industrial door systems, designed to make installation faster and more efficient.
What’s new?
These new components allow you to install the power-unit immediately after the vertical track set is in place. This allows you to equip multiple door systems with power-units and panels (to close the openings) before installing the horizontal track sets. The result: buildings can be securely closed in a much shorter time.
Previously, the horizontal track set had to be installed before the power-unit, which made the time needed to close all openings in a building considerably longer.
It remains possible to install the horizontal track set before installing the panels, offering maximum flexibility during installation
Assembly steps
The installation process has been improved thanks to the new end bearing plates and mounting brackets. Steps 1, 2 and 3 can be pre-assembled on the ground before the vertical angle is fixed to the wall. This reduces the amount of work that needs to be done on at height.
- Mount the vertical angle to the wall
- Install the mounting bracket with the correct width offset on top of the vertical angle
- Attach the end bearing plates with the correct offset to the mounting bracket
- Mount the power-unit and install the panels
- Install the horizontal track set
Compensation and tolerances
The new mounting brackets provide improved tolerance compensation for our industrial door systems. The horizontal track set height can now be adjusted within a range of 15 mm (+6.5 mm / –8.5 mm). In addition, small pitch adjustments of up to ±2° can be made without requiring a separate pitch bracket.
Compatibility and options
All new components are fully compatible with our bolted industrial door system. We now offer four different offsets and three different width offsets, ensuring flexibility for a wide range of installations.
